During the exhibition, business may also apply to host the high-level seminar on new products and new technology conference.
Time: 60 minutes / game (Note: within a game would be calculated for a game. Anyone who requires seminars, please fill out the application form)
Cost: foreign enterprises: 2000 U.S. dollars / field; domestic enterprises: 10,000 yuan / field.

1．If the exhibitors who choose to double open booths would be charged for additional cost of 20% of the booth cost.
2．Raw space 36 or more could be rent but does not contain any configuration,and the exhibitors would be required to pay management fees to build and boxes cost.
3．Exhibitors procedures: fill out the application form by mail or fax with seal to the organizing committee. Transfer deposit of 50% of the cost or total cost to the office of functional fiber and high-performance fiber exhibition. 
4．Booth allocation principles: "first come, first payment, the first arrangement," Exhibitors, after the export fees, should fax bank transfer form  to the organizing committee in order to verify.
5．After receiving "the application form and the contract" and the full cost of the exhibitors, organizers will send the "Exhibitors Handbook" to exhibitors. And the deposit won't be refund if the exhibitors drop out midway after the registration.
